An important part of my role is creating and running bespoke reports from our stats database using SQL Server Management Studio and modifying the results into a neater presentation using Excel. I also train new users of our interface either on location or via Web-Ex.

In 2007 I created a macro that populated a spreadsheet with the right amount of fields before filling the fields with data in an SQL report run from our database platform. This was intended as a backup for the research team to create reports used in an important process. I also project managed a large survey process and data mining process for the London research team.
